Your account info is the core of your Doto profile. Keeping it accurate and safe is key not just for trading - but for smooth verification, secure withdrawals, and personalized support.

🔄 Best practices for managing Info

  • Use real and matchable data – Always use the same name and DOB on your profile and documents.

  • Secure your login details – Enable 2FA (if available), and never share your password or PIN.

  • Update location if you relocate – Moving countries? Reach out to support to avoid compliance issues.

  • Your ID expiry (if your verified ID is about to expire) - Please contact Support to update it.

Note: Accepted ID types: ID card, Passport, and Driver’s License.

🇿🇦 South African traders can only upload an ID card, Passport, or Green Book (a driver’s license is not acceptable).

📬 How to request a change?

For security reasons, all profile details — such as your name, date of birth, nationality, phone number, or email — can only be changed by contacting Support. In some cases, you may be asked to verify your account again.

  • A selfie with your ID

  • A brief explanation of the change

  • Updated contact details (email/phone with country code).
