Account access and login help

Having trouble accessing your Doto account? Here's what to do.

⚠️ When It Happens:

  • Incorrect email entered.

  • Outdated Doto app version.

  • Server or network issues.

  • Login blocked due to security concerns (multiple wrong attempts).


Steps to Fix:

🔍 Check your login details

  • Make sure there are no typos in your email address.

  • Login is now passwordless: you sign in using your email only. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email each time you log in.

✉️ Didn’t receive the code?

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  • Confirm you entered the correct email.

  • If the email isn’t registered, you may not yet have created an account with it.

🔐 Set up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

Adding 2FA strengthens your account security.

  1. Select Two-factor authentication.

  2. Click Enable 2FA.

  3. Click Send code to receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter it.

  4. Open your authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the generated code.

  5. Click Confirm.

⬆️ Update the app

  • Go to your App Store or Play Store.

  • Update the Doto app to the latest version.

🧹 Clear cache

  • Clear the app or browser cache if login issues continue.

📶 Stable internet

  • Ensure your connection is stable and fast enough.
