⚠️ When It Happens:
Incorrect email entered.
Outdated Doto app version.
Server or network issues.
Login blocked due to security concerns (multiple wrong attempts).
✅ Steps to Fix:
🔍 Check your login details
Make sure there are no typos in your email address.
Login is now passwordless: you sign in using your email only. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email each time you log in.
✉️ Didn’t receive the code?
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Confirm you entered the correct email.
If the email isn’t registered, you may not yet have created an account with it.
🔐 Set up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
Adding 2FA strengthens your account security.
Go to your profile: https://client.doto.com/profile
Select Two-factor authentication.
Click Enable 2FA.
Click Send code to receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter it.
Open your authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the generated code.
Click Confirm.
⬆️ Update the app
Go to your App Store or Play Store.
Update the Doto app to the latest version.
🧹 Clear cache
Clear the app or browser cache if login issues continue.
📶 Stable internet
Ensure your connection is stable and fast enough.
