Change your password

Keeping your account secure is essential

⚠️ Please note:

  • Doto app login is now passwordless. You no longer use a password to access your Doto account — instead, a 6-digit code is sent to your email each time you log in.

👉 The only place where you may still need to manage a password is for your MT5 trading accounts (desktop or mobile).


🔑 Doto platform login

You don’t need a password. Simply:

  1. Enter your registered email address.

  2. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email.

  3. Enter the code to access your account.


🔐 Change your MT5 password

If you are using MetaTrader 5 (MT5) with your Doto account, you can reset or change your password there.

MT5 Desktop

MT5 Mobile

  1. Open MT5 Desktop.

  2. Go to Tools → Options → Server tab.

  3. Click Change Password.

  4. Enter your current password, then the new one.

  5. Confirm and save.

  1. Open the MT5 Mobile app.

  2. Go to Settings → Accounts.

  3. Select your Doto trading account.

  4. Tap Change Password.

  5. Enter your current password, then set a new one.

Check your email

You will receive an email from Doto with the reset link.

  • Open the message and click the link.

  • Follow the steps to create and confirm your new password.

  • Once updated, you can log in with your new email code


If you don’t receive the code

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • If the email is not registered, you may not yet have created an account with it.

📌 Important:

Check your Spam folder if you do not find the mail in your inbox.
