Troubleshooting Doto errors (web & mobile)

Having trouble using the Doto app or website?

This guide covers the most common issues and how to fix them quickly, whether you're facing loading errors, login problems, or technical glitches.


📱 App not loading / frozen

  • Symptoms:

    • Blank screen

    • Keeps loading

    • Not responding to taps or clicks

  • What to do:

    • Check your internet connection

    • Refresh the web page or close & reopen the app

    • Clear your browser/app cache

    • Make sure your app is up to date

    • Try a different browser (web users) or device

    • Disable VPNs or IP masking tools (they may block platform access)


🔐 Login problems

  • Symptoms:

    • Can’t log in even with the correct email

    • Seeing random login error messages

  • What to do:

    • Double-check your email (make sure there are no typos)

    • Use the Forgot Password? option if needed

    • Clear browser/app cache

    • Try switching devices or browsers

    • Make sure you're using the latest version of the app


⚠️ Error pop-ups or server issues

  • Symptoms:

    • “Server unavailable” or similar pop-ups

    • Buttons not working

    • Features failing to load

  • What to do:

    • Wait a few minutes (it may be maintenance)

    • Check Doto’s status page or your email for alerts

    • Restart the app or refresh the page

    • Contact support with a screenshot of the issue


🌐 Internet or connectivity issues

A slow or unstable internet connection can prevent the platform from working properly.

  • What to do:

    • Ensure your speed is at least 30 Mbps

    • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data

    • Restart your router

    • Disable VPNs or IP-hiding apps

  • Clear the app cache (from your device settings)

  • Reinstall the app to get the latest version (Android only - the app is currently unavailable on iOS).

  • Restart your device

  • After these steps, wait 5 minutes and try again

What to do:


  • Clear your browser cache & cookies

  • Restart the browser

  • Try incognito mode

  • Disable extensions that may interfere
