The Profile section allows you to review your account details and manage security-related settings.



Personal Information

If you need to change any personal details (such as your name or other key information), please contact Doto Support. Our team will guide you through the process.

📌 Important:

  • Once personal information has been submitted, any changes (for example, updating your name) require completing the verification process again.

  • The updated information will be reflected in your profile only after the verification is successfully completed.


Security and access

From this section, you can:

  • Set up and manage two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

  • There is no need to manage or change a password, as Doto uses a passwordless login system.


Notification settings

Customize the notifications you wish to receive about transactions, account changes and promotions.

You can select whether you prefer to receive alerts by email, SMS, or within the platform.


Account settings

From here, you can manage preferences such as:

  • Platform language.

  • Account access and recovery settings.

These options allow traders to customize their experience and trade more comfortably on Doto.


Account verification

If you have not yet verified your account, you can upload the necessary documents to complete the verification process in this section. This is essential to be able to withdraw funds and trade without restrictions.
