This article walks you through the five levels, what each one gives you, and how to reach, keep, and regain your status. You can always see your current level and your progress to the next one right in your profile and on the home screen.
🏆 The four levels at a glance
There are five levels in Doto. From Doto Plus up, each level includes everything from the level below and adds its own perks on top.

⭐ What each level gives you
Doto Basic: where every account starts. It’s free and comes with a standard trading account; cashback and the other perks start at Doto Plus.
Doto Plus: your first level with perks. We give back 5% of the spread on your trades, up to $10 a week.
Doto Pro: unlocks a raw spread account: tighter, “raw” spreads. Your cashback grows to 10% (up to $20/week), and your deposit and withdrawal requests are handled with priority. 💡 Good to know: if you ever drop below Pro, your raw spread account stays with you — only the other Pro perks switch off.
Doto Premium: cashback 15% (up to $100/week) and a dedicated support manager you can reach personally by message or phone.
Doto Platinum: our top level. Cashback 25% (up to $400/week), a personal manager (a senior contact on top of your Premium support manager), and invitations to exclusive VIP events.
Notice: Tighter spreads come through the raw spread account, available from Doto Pro onwards. Premium and Platinum don’t add separate reduced spreads — these levels differ by the size of the cashback.
🚀 How to reach, keep, and regain your status
Every level from Doto Plus onwards works the same way, based on your balance. Each one has a “full” threshold ($1,000 / $5,000 / $20,000 / $100,000), and three conditions are built from it.
🎁 Trial — a discounted way in
To reach a level for the first time, you only need about half of its full threshold. For Doto Plus, that’s a balance of $500 (against the $1,000 full threshold). The moment your balance hits that amount, you get the status for 30 days.
The trial is a one-time offer: you get it once per level, with no repeats. Once you’ve used it (or later lose the status), the only way back into that level is at the full threshold — see Re-entry below.
🔒 Hold — keeping your status
When the 30 days are up, your status renews if your balance is at or above the hold threshold — usually 80% of the full threshold.
For Doto Premium and Doto Platinum, this is softened: you can keep your status at just 50% of the full threshold — $10,000 and $50,000 respectively.
🔁 Re-entry — getting your status back
If you lose a status, you can regain it once your balance reaches the full threshold (100%). That gives you a fresh 30 days, after which the hold rule applies again. Re-entry is not a trial — the discounted entry is only ever available once per level.

🧮 How your balance is counted
Doto looks at your total balance — the sum across all your trading accounts, not the balance of a single account.
If you hold accounts in different currencies, each non-USD balance is converted to US dollars at the current market rate, and everything is added up.
💡 Example: You have $400 on a USD account and the equivalent of $100 on an MYR account. Together that’s $500 — enough for the Doto Plus trial.
💰 How cashback works
Cashback is earned only while your level is active. Here’s how it’s paid:
Weekly: on the day after each 7-day period closes.
The week is tied to the date you got your status (not a calendar Mon–Sun week), and it doesn’t reset when your status changes.
For now, cashback is credited to your trading account in your account currency. Later, once crypto features launch, you’ll automatically get a hot wallet and a virtual card, and cashback will be paid in USDT to that wallet.
The percentage and weekly cap depend on your level (see the table above). The cap is counted in USD or the equivalent in your account currency.
If your status changes mid-week — say you top up and move up a level, or your status drops — cashback is calculated day by day: each day uses the rate that applied that day, and the amounts are added together.
💡 Example: You reach Plus on 1 June and trade 5 days as Plus, then top up to the next level and trade 2 more days at the new status. Your payout on 8 June is 5% of the spread for the first 5 days plus 10% of the spread for the next 2 days — each within its own weekly cap.
🌍 Thresholds in your local currency
Local-currency thresholds are converted at Doto’s fixed internal rate and rounded to convenient amounts, so they don’t shift with the market. Your balance itself is still converted at the current market rate when we check it against a threshold. Here are the equivalents for the main currencies.
