Payment method verification

Updated over 2 weeks ago

To protect your account and ensure secure transactions, Doto may require you to verify the payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals. This process confirms that the payment source belongs to you and complies with financial regulations.

Why do I need to verify my payment method?

Verification helps you:

  • Secure your account and funds

  • Ensure only you can withdraw to your payment sources

  • Comply with AML (anti-money laundering) regulations

  • Reduce delays in deposits and withdrawals

How to submit your payment method verification

  1. Log in to your Doto account

  2. Go to Profile → Verification

  3. Select Payment Method Verification

  4. Choose the payment method that needs confirmation

  5. Upload the required document(s)

  6. Submit your request

The review may take up to 24 hours. You’ll be notified once the verification is complete.
