Doto allows you to make deposits via local bank transfer in South Africa. This method is secure, familiar, and connects directly with your local bank account.
Bank transfer deposit requirements
Before making a deposit, make sure your bank and account meet the following requirements:
✅ You must have a valid bank account with a South African bank.
✅ Internet or mobile banking must be enabled for your account.
✅ Ensure your account has sufficient funds to complete the transfer.
✅ Use the exact reference number provided to avoid delays.
💡 Note:
The minimum deposit is 15 USD or equivalent in ZAR. The exact amount will be converted at your bank’s exchange rate at the time of payment.
How to deposit via Bank Transfer (ZA)
Go to the “Deposit” section in your profile.
Select Bank Transfer (ZA) as your payment method.
Enter the deposit amount (minimum 15 USD).
You will receive Doto’s bank account details and a unique reference number.
Log in to your South African bank’s online or mobile banking app.
Make the transfer using the provided bank details and include the exact reference number.
Confirm the payment in your banking app.

If you’re depositing via Absa Bank, you’ll need to verify your account before completing the transaction.
If your bank is not listed, select Bank Transfer (ZA). This option allows you to complete the deposit manually by entering your banking details.
