Go to the "Verification" section in the user profile.
Upload your ID document
🔴 South African traders can only upload ID card, Passport and Green book (driving license is not acceptable).

The system automatically confirms your location via Geotag during verification. If location verification fails, you may be asked to upload a document showing your name and address (such as a utility bill or bank statement)

Processing time
🕐 Once all your documents are uploaded, the verification can take a few minutes. However, in some cases, processing may take one working day.
🕐 You will receive an email notification when your account is verified.
