Verification is now faster and easier for users in selected countries. With Non-Doc verification, you can verify your identity in just a few steps, without uploading photos of your ID or documents at the beginning of the process.

This flow uses automated, secure checks based on your personal data, a live selfie, and geolocation.

👉 Non-Doc verification is currently available for users in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa.

✅ What is Non-Doc verification?

Non-Doc verification is an instant identity verification method that lets you complete verification without submitting physical documents (such as passports or utility bills) upfront.

The system verifies your identity using:

  • 📌 Your personal information (e.g., national ID number)

  • 🤳 A live selfie check

  • 📍 Geolocation (for Proof of Address)

  • 🔐 Trusted national databases

If everything matches, your account is approved automatically.

🌍 Who can use this?

The Non-Doc verification flow is currently available only in the following countries:

🟢 Indonesia

🟢 South Africa

🟢 Argentina

🟢 Brazil

🟢 Colombia

🟢 Kenya

📌 Note: If you are not in one of these countries, the platform will guide you through the regular document-based verification process.

🚀 How does it work?

Here’s a step-by-step guide to completing your verification process:

🟢Step 1: Start the verification process

  • Log in to your account.

  • Navigate to the Verification section (usually found under Settings or Profile).

  • Click Start Verification.

🟢Step 2: Select your country

  • Choose your country of residence from the dropdown list.

  • If your country supports Non-Doc verification, the system will show a simplified verification form.

🟢Step 3: Enter your personal details

Depending on your country, you’ll be asked to provide some of the following:

  • Full name

  • National ID number

The system will use this information to check your identity through trusted government or banking databases.

🟢Step 4: Take a selfie

You’ll be prompted to take a live selfie using your device’s camera.

Tips:

  • Make sure you’re in a well-lit area

  • Avoid sunglasses or hats

  • Follow the on-screen guide carefully

This helps confirm that you're a real person and not using someone else's details.

🟢Step 5: Enable Location (Geotag)

You will be asked to enable geolocation on your device.
This confirms your Proof of Address automatically.

🟢Step 6: Wait for confirmation

  • Once submitted, the system will verify your details.

  • In most cases, the verification is completed instantly.

  • If more checks are needed, you’ll see a status update or instructions.

📌 If Non-Doc verification fails

For Non-Doc verification, you need to enter specific information depending on your country:

You will be asked to upload physical documents for Proof of Identity and Proof of Address

Please follow the instructions provided during verification to see which identity documents you can submit.

  • Proof of address options - Same for all countries

    • Bank statement

    • Credit card statement

    • Municipal tax bill

    • Internet, TV, phone, or mobile bill

    • Utility bill (Gas, Electricity, etc.)

⚠️ Note: Passports, ID cards, and driver’s licences cannot be used as Proof of Address, even if they include an address.
